The Virtuous Woman Part 2

Hello Faithful Women!

I decided to do a follow up to a previous post I wrote  The Virtuous Woman Part 1

Who is a virtuous woman?

A virtuous woman is a woman who can take the 'lemons' she has been given in life and make them into lemonade. She is faithful, a valuable treasure, strong and carries herself with dignity.

"She is clothed in strength and dignity and she laughs without fear of the future" Proverbs 31.15
A virtuous woman is often perceived as someone who is "good" with a "halo". Yet that is far from the truth. All have personal struggles, but it's how you deal with them. Some women deal with jealousy of other women and can sometimes even feel ashamed and embarrassed that they allowed themselves to feel that way in the first place. Jealousy is an internal factor that unless displayed in your actions, rarely anyone will notice, but the one it affects will know. Even though she displays jealousy, she might possibly have her life together. Does that mean she is not virtuous? However, there are external actions a woman could display that appears inappropriate such as dressing in an unladylike manner or displaying boisterous behavior. Given the two examples, Does that mean either women are not virtuous?

God is always searching the heart. It is not always what you see on the outside that determines a person's worth, but the heart. It is who you are when no one is watching; the moments when you have to choose between what is right or wrong. A virtuous woman is not determined by the shade of her skin or the expensive clothes she wears. To walk with the husband God has chosen for you, it will not be the outward appearance that will draw him to you, but the unfading beauty of your gentle and quiet spirit. Looks fade but character is forever.
"Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight" 1 Peter 3.4
A virtuous woman is full of hope in God's promises.  If God spoke it, He will fulfill it. She knows not one of God's word will fail because all His promises are yes and amen. She uses the word of God to cover her family and all that she does and will not compromise. She trust's in His unfailing word which gives her life, strength and peace. In my own walk with God, I have learnt to relax and allow God to lead. To relax does not mean lack of action, but to have a fixed heart on God's promises. His word never fails. God has been extremely kind to me and blessed me immensely. He took me through trials and tests to make me stronger. If you fail to learn the lesson in the test, you will be unprepared the next time around.

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Titus 2.3
God wants to raise up faithful women who are powerful intercessors. These are the women who watches the times and seasons to cooperate with Heaven to break strongholds in the Earth. It's pointless to be called a Prayer Warrior if you are only serving your own selfish interests. You must not only pray for yourself and family, but also for your community, city and nation. When you pray for the welfare of your nation, you too will be blessed. Look at Hannah who wanted a son, but God wanted a Prophet and two Kings. Had Hannah stopped praying, Samuel the Prophet would not have anointed Saul and David to become Kings.

To the faithful woman who is praying, I say don't give up! Keep hoping and believing because God will come through. He will come through for you. Hannah was ridicule by Pinanah for being childless, but God eventually gave Hannah seven children for her pain. Where you have experienced pain, God promises joy, gladness, mercy and love. Where you have been mocked, God will give you honor. He is faithful and don't ever forget that He will protect you. It is not going to be easy to be "set apart" because you know that deep within you God has deposited something really special that you are yet to fully unravel. Knowing your season is very important. You went through a season of being face planted before the Lord in deep prayer and worship. Then He changed that season to one of rest where I can kneel humbly before Him in prayer and worship. There is a difference. You must discern when to fight, but know when to rest. Rest does not mean lack of praying, but rest is to shift your perspective from fear to love. The more you come into the love of God, you understand that His love is forever!

His love is not partial, and is always proud to be seen with you. No matter the path you have taken in life, God can wash you, lift you up, give you favor and grace. Keep going and trust God again. His intentions for your life is pure and not evil. Unless you invite Him in, he won't force your free will to His will. God is awesome that way! He has only been waiting for your invitation. Will you say yes?

If you have fallen away from His presence, it might be time to walk with Him again!!

God loves you for sure!

Sexual Abuse of Women and Children in America? An Atrocity!

It is absolutely shocking that sexual harassment and abuse of women and children are so prominent in the news.
I mean it's shocking in the media, social media and a obvious call for our nation to pray continually for a change. Too many schools have forgotten about prayer and it's about keeping children safe and ensuring that women are safe and their rights protected. President Trump's says 'it's a rigged system' while speaking at a rally.
In a news release He went on to say they are savages. Could it be these 'savages' consider themselves the 'resistance'? Now I know these individuals are hurt people who tend to bully others.

I believe that hope God can be found in God. Maybe it's time we pray that our children will be protected and women not be sexually harrassed. I believe that we must be sincere in our efforts and ask that organizations such as Kiwanis International which serves the children of the world should step up and get better fund…
